The other day my mom emailed me with a recipe I just “had to try”. I have no idea who’s recipe this is….but its a good one! So with our Thursday night crew coming over to have our Christmas celebration, I whipped up a batch…..
…And then proceeded to eat almost a third of it before anyone arrived. These are soooo good.
They are done in about 10 minutes too. The pretzels turn into a buttery, ranch seasoned snack that will force you to stick around the appetizer bar.
Each pretzel gets coated in the salty herbs that’s absolutely scrumptious!
You will need:
2 lbs. pretzel sticks
1/2 bottle Orville Redenbacher Butter Flavored Popcorn Oil
1 Ranch seasoning packet
1 T. dried dill
1 T. garlic powder
In a medium saucepan, combine oil and herbs. Whisk together. Heat it up over medium heat, but not quite boiling. Pour over pretzels, toss, then let sit for a few minutes. Toss again, then serve.
I’m sure you could add chex mix, peanuts, cheerio’s, etc. and it would be great. Oh, and I’m thinking stick some cheese cubes with these yummy pretzels…..oh yeah..

After all the sugar they were surprisingly well behaved. I love how Lily is wearing a K-state pom pom as a hair bow, Ben is wearing a dino costume, the four babies are looking in the right direction, and all the fake smiles (come on, lets open presents already!)
