Foodie Rachel 4 Year Birthday

Four years ago this little blog was started. For 4 years I have been telling you about all the food I’ve eaten. I have shared over 160 recipes, some of which came from you! For 4 years I have posted all sorts of strange things, and a lot had absolutely nothing to do with food.

For 4 years you have been a fly on my wall. You have watched me rant, rave, cry, gripe, get skinny, get fat, wash dishes, save the planet, go slightly insane…….

…..and yet you are still reading this crap?
