Rye bread, sweet potatoes, white carrots, pak choi, yukon gold potatoes, white radishes, spaghetti squash, green onions, yellow onions, salad greens, braising greens, arugula, and swiss chard.
I’m too excited about the salad greens this week. I’ve been obsessed with salads containing apples, blue cheese, radishes with an apple cider vinegrette!
When I’m feeling a little stumped on how to use the rest, I love to do a little search- and see what other people make with these not-so-common veggies. Also, one of my favorite websites for recipe ideas is Kraft Foods. They have some great (and easy!) ideas. How about this for a recipe inspiration with my pak choi?:

Oooh! While we’re at it…..here’s a braising greens recipe that calls for bacon, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. I think I’m in love already.
This will really be a challenge knowing I’m not going to the grocery store to buy any additional ingredients!!
