Acorn squash

I am in LOVE, LOVE, LOVE with eating acorn squash! I can’t eat enough! We’re getting 1 per week from our CSA- and I could eat 5….seriously, its that good.

If you’ve never had a (candied) acorn squash, you should try this. Think candied sweet potato or a maple-pumpkin concoction. This is good eats for sure! And, even though this is the only way I’ve had acorn squash, I don’t think I’ll even try another way.

We’ve found a keeper, folks!

To give you an idea its roasted with salt, butter, brown sugar and real maple syrup…..Mmm, Mmm, Mmm!

Give something new a try, you might be surprised- I sure was!
