I have a post almost ready with my wheatberry bread and raspberry jam. But I can’t seem to find my ingredient list for the jam. (And you should be thankful I kept a log- most times I just throw things together and can’t ever re-create it)
So, I’m stalling with a the awesome find at Dillon’s yesterday. Most grocery stores in town are carrying some King Arthur flours, but I’ve never seen this much selection!
AND- it wasn’t in an awkward place because its “fancy” flour. I just love it when stores use common sense and just put ALL of one thing together. It eliminates the need for these fancy/special diet/organic sections.
If you’ve never used King Arthur flours, I highly recommend it! My favorite is the white whole wheat (its the lighter orange bag). I’ve used a 100% substitution for all-purpose many times without dramatically affecting the outcome of the recipe. LOVE IT!
