Pumpkin dump cake

Ahh, pumpkin dump cake. Such an amazing dessert, such a horrible name. I sat here and tried to think of a better one. None come to mind- so I have for you a dump cake!

Yes, I posted the recipe long ago, but I’ve not been able to keep a dump cake around long enough to take a picture.

You see its fairly close to pumpkin pie. You mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, spices together and pour into a baking dish. Then DUMP a yellow cake mix on top. Then after you’re done DUMPING that on, melt 2 sticks (yes, 2) of butter and DUMP that on top of the cake mix.

While you’re at it, DUMP a few pecans onto the top. Have I said DUMP enough time to convince you that this is the easiest pumpkin dessert ever? Good.

Then bake for 45-50 min. See? Easy as pie. Maybe easier. Here’s the official recipe for those people who love details.
