A suprising new taste

After reading about Sher’s cherry harvest and her confetti couscous, I had to try it! I substituted cranberries for the cherries. This salad was so amazing! All the fresh flavors, and I love the crunch of pistachios. Very lemony and crisp!

I’ll be taking this to a potluck in the near future. Thanks Sher!
