Weekend Breakfast Blogging: Eggs and Bacon all grown up


With the weather warming up I decided to change it around this morning with scrambled eggs and a spinach salad with bacon and feta cheese. It was warm and cozy yet not quite sweating-through-my-shirt-at-8am-hot.

I’m a huge fan of the microwavable bacon (the kind that’s already cooked). You can make just one or two pieces at a time, have better grease control, and not worrying about the stove heating up your house in the summer. And now you can get turkey bacon precooked too!

Speaking of things that I love, come back soon for another “Favorite Things” entry next week. I’ll give you a hint: This new favorite eco-friendly kitchen item only cost me $4!
