Veggie Pizza

This great dish was created by someone in my family. Its been to so many family gatherings on all sides of the family that I’ve lost track of is origin. But I think it may have been my Aunt Cindy….

Anyway, it doesn’t really matter. ITS DELICIOUS!

This combination of crescent rolls, ranch and cheese makes you forget raw veggies are even a part of this pizza! I took this very plate to work yesterday and they were devoured in seconds flat.

Veggie Pizza

Roll out 2 cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough flat onto a baking sheet. Make sure to press the seams together (or make your own, but why waste that much time?).
Bake according to package directions- only a few minutes shorter because they aren’t rolled up :)
Cool completely
Mix a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning in a 16 oz. carton of sour cream. Spread over crescent rolls. (I think I’ve used cream cheese and herbs as a filling here also, but I prefer the ranch spread)
Cover in layers:
2/3 head cauliflower-chopped
2 small heads of broccoli – chopped
4-5 carrots- grated
cheddar and monterey jack cheese- however much you like. I probably used about a cup of each.

Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
