My edible Valentine

Today I have two Valentine’s to share! The first one is sweet Joslyn, who will be getting kisses and hugs all day !

The second is for my other Valentine, Justin. And it’s Jer’s Strawberry Pretzel Crunch!
Go to 1x umruehren bitte aka kochtopf for the roundup, which will be posted tomorrow!

Bottom layer:
2 cups crushed Pretzels
1 stick butter, melted
Then Bake at 400 for 8 minutes

Let bottom layer ool completely

Middle layer:
8oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. cool whip
Mix together until no lumps remain

Top layer:
2 cups boiling water, then add
2 6oz. packets of strawberry jello mix
Mix until all dissolved, then add:
2o oz. frozen chopped strawberries

Carefully pour over middle layer, and chill until set.
