
Wow, this week was jam packed full of stuff. And I’m glad its over. Time to just relax, and think about taking down some Christmas decorations.
And so I’m not cooking a big breakfast. But I did get some awesome ideas for brunch menus this week. Baked caramel-glazed French toast anyone?
This morning we brewed a Gingerbread blend of coffee that I found at The Cheddar Block. I’m not sure if they roast their own coffee, but it sure is good.
I hope everyone has a relaxing and minimalist weekend.
Oh, by the way, Justin is cooking tonight- Chinese food of course…..can’t wait!
