Baguettes with Garlic and Olive Oil: the perfect trio


I think I could eat this everyday. Really. I like my garlic concoction to have first really good garlic. This is roasted garlic, but I like freshly chopped garlic just as much. Add a little Kosher salt, basil, oregano (fresh of course if you’ve got it) and olive oil. Seriously this is my favorite. I eat it for an entire meal, umm actually, I just did.

FYI: This is going to be a really big week at foodierachel because:
1. I have 3 days off in a row
2. My kitchen “facelift” is nearly done
and
3. I have 4 new killer recipes to try.
