The Spork

This is one of the greatest utensils of all time. Do I really need an explanation? No. Its obvious, its sleek and brilliant design has been capturing attention for decades. Paired with a good pocket knife, the spork is the only utensil needed while lightweight camping.

(Not all great equipment needs to be extravagant or expensive. I think I bought this spork at Dynamic Earth for 70 cents or so)

Granted, if you are going to be doing non-lightweight camping, you might want to bring a spatula and a clothes hanger. I think Sponge-Bob has also spoken about the wonders of these great utensils. I'm out.

We can't wait to start camping again now that Ben is older. The problem we are gonna have is the lightweight issue...he weighs a ton!

If you can't afford a spork, just visit your local Taco Bell or KFC, they always have a bountiful supply of these little plastic wonders.
