This is a cookbook of Justin’s, obviously. It is a really simple yet delicious way to get your man in the kitchen without your help.
The categories in this book are: ham, chicken, fish, chili, beans, fruit, beer…..you get the idea. The author went ahead and bypassed traditional “female” categories to make this more guy friendly.
Actually, the author of this book kind of surprised me in how healthy most of these meals are. He recommends turkey chili, low fat items, egg white pasta, and lots of vegetables. I’m not saying this is the new fad diet, but its nice to know that our men are given healthy options as well as “Man food”!
We’ve made several things from this over the last year, but Justin’s favorite by far is the Mondo Nachos. It has chili, cheese, salsa, olives, chips and more cheese. Can you tell why this is his favorite? Oh, and for you rooster sauce lovers out there, I’ve heard it goes well on these too.
