
I’m sure you’ve seen this familiar bottle at Chinese restaurants around the country or when you have dinner at my house. It’s called “Rooster sauce” or Sriracha sauce, depending on how redneck you are.
This stuff is only for people who don’t really want to taste their food, they just want their mouths to be on fire. Seriously. Justin uses this when I make something “gross” and he doesn’t want to actually taste it. But I must follow that statement by the simple fact that I am married to a VERY picky eater and things that are “gross” to him are main staples in normal homes. He puts it on macaroni and cheese, so there you go.
And now you know, if you don’t like what you’re served but you don’t want to be rude, just politely ask if there is any Rooster sauce available. I won’t be offended……… I’m used to it.
