I've mentioned before that onions never get the credit they deserve. You can find out for yourself here. I had lost hope when the temperatures were too scorching to spend much time outside.
Anyway, back to onions. I cried for about 20 minutes today, chopping onions (okay maybe 5 minutes). And the onion haters out there (Justin) may wonder why we onion lovers sacrifice our make-up for a fresh onion. Actually, I can't tell you the answer. But this is my advice, be a lover, not a hater.
